Crowning Glory: Our April cover story explores the works of Tony and Tracey Mose

Our art-focused issue is always a staff favorite, especially with the immense amount of artistic talent we have here in Louisiana. For the 2025 cover story, writer Jeffrey Roedel brings readers to the Big Easy to explore the works of a creative couple brimming with individuality and imagination.

The husband-and-wife duo behind ESOM ART, Tracey and Tony Mose, are busy at work in their studio and gallery spaces on Julia, Magazine and Royal Streets.

“For years, Tony and Tracey split time between New Orleans and Baton Rouge,” Roedel writes in the article. “But it was this sense of a calling that drove them both forward through the challenges of becoming full-time artists and building ESOM into a brand name across Louisiana and the Deep South.”

Learn more about the captivating couple and what inspires their work—like the crowns Tony often places on his subjects, which are anything but superficial—by reading the full story here.
