Downtown Baton Rouge will transform into a winter wonderland Friday, Dec. 4, for the annual Festival of Lights. The holiday tradition kicks off at 4 p.m. with free ice skating, a snow village filled with 10 tons of real snow, and live entertainment. Keep the spirit of the season going throughout the evening with holiday movies on the lawn, Forum 35’s Reindeer Run, LASM’s laser light show and, of course, the lighting of the 35-foot Christmas tree.
