Dish: Barcadia KGB

The menu of this arcade-for-grown-ups is defined by playful pub grub, but Barcadia’s cornerstone is its burgers. Local diners got to know the handiwork of Executive Chef Nick Hufft through his Curbside Burgers and Fries food truck, where he served freshly ground beef burgers, hand-cut French fries and gourmet condiments to lines of adoring fans. The truck’s top burger, the KGB, is also the best seller at Barcadia. Between halves of a brioche bun goes the patty (pink in the center), an over-easy egg, sharp cheddar and Hufft’s own praline bacon. There may never be a better late-night snack to absorb your sins.
