T-Day Made Easy

The Louisiana Culinary Institute wants to help you prepare for Thanksgiving. It’s hosting a cooking class, T-Day Made Easy, this Saturday, Nov. 22, from 3 to 5 p.m. at its headquarters on Airline Highway. Chef Derrick Beverly will teach tips and tricks for planning a delectable holiday menu and making the feast. Participants will prepare side dishes, meals children will actually eat, and more. If you can’t make it to this class, stay tuned. The institute is hosting a holiday tapas cooking class Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
